Clients are solely responsible for downloading and securely backing up their images upon delivery.

It is strongly recommended that images are saved in multiple locations.

In the unlikely event of technical failure, loss, or corruption of files after delivery, Lola Garcia Photography

cannot be held liable for the loss of digital files.

Images may be retained for operational, backup, or legal purposes at the photographer’s discretion.

We may share data with trusted third-party processors including:

  • Website hosting provider (Squarespace - pixieset)

  • Online gallery provider

  • Payment processors

  • Accountants (for invoicing purposes)

  • We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
